Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to provide legal
services and support for various business activities and
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer account engagements and lead negotiations related to
IT services and products
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts while providing
guidance to internal business units
Manage contracting processes and mentor junior personnel within the
legal team
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission
to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
7+ years of legal experience in an IT services or technology
company or a supporting law firm
Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
commercial contracts
Combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
Proficiency in English language
