Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Counsel to serve as a
strategic legal advisor and oversee legal, compliance, and risk
management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to the executive team on strategic
initiatives and business operations
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance
with legal regulations
Manage risk management processes and oversee litigation and
disputes
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree and active bar membership in good standing in
California
15+ years of legal experience, preferably in law firm and in-house
roles
Expertise in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription-based
business models
Strong understanding of data privacy, intellectual property, and
commercial law
Proven experience managing legal teams and collaborating with
C-suite executives
