Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial and Product Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide global legal support on commercial transactions, including
contract drafting and negotiation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product
development and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Manage the commercial go-to-market process and the company's
intellectual property portfolio
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an in-house commercial counsel,
preferably in healthcare SaaS technology
Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
Experience managing commercial legal contracting processes and
intellectual property portfolios
