Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success to
support their Local West Coast advertising team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts
during the post-sale process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute
various campaigns across the product suite
Manage the campaign lifecycle from launch to wrap, ensuring
accurate and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in digital campaign planning and
execution in a publisher or agency environment
Experience managing high-revenue and complex accounts with multiple
moving parts
Proven ability to handle at least 30 clients and campaigns
simultaneously
Strong background in strategic media planning and client
relationship management
Growth mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment
