Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage documentation and closing of portfolio loans, ensuring
compliance with company standards
Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth
closing process and address any issues that arise
Maintain communication with borrowers and internal teams throughout
the closing process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance,
business, accounting, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in mortgage loan closing, preferably in
commercial loans or real estate finance
Prior experience with title and escrow processes is ideal
Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, processes, and
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe
Acrobat
