Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead People Insights Partner to join
their People Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business stakeholder needs and translate them into
analytical and research projects
Collaborate with team members to deliver actionable insights that
meet stakeholder requirements
Act as a subject matter expert on high-priority projects aligned
with company objectives
Required Qualifications
Six or more years of experience in People Analytics, Talent
Management, or Organizational Development
Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best
practices
Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming
language (e.g., Python, R)
Experience working with people data in an applied setting for 5+
years
Ability to translate data into compelling insights and narratives
for non-technical audiences
