Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Quality Assurance Leader to
oversee and enhance the quality and accuracy of claims
processing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance standards for claims
handling
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and report findings to
leadership
Create training programs to improve staff performance and reduce
claims leakage
Required Qualifications
Thorough understanding of insurance laws and principles
Leadership skills with the ability to plan and develop staff
College degree or 10 years of equivalent experience
Valid adjuster's license or ability to obtain one
Ability to operate business technology effectively
