Job Description:
A company is looking for a CCO Service Advocate to support
Contact Center Operations by providing exceptional customer
experiences to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to Signature HMO Plan Members
and providers across various inquiries
Manage relationships and resolve member inquiries, ensuring timely
and accurate issue resolution
Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and uphold the
confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Experience in Contact Center Operations and handling escalated
issues
Familiarity with CCO-related systems (e.g., Salesforce, PEGA,
TruCare)
Basic understanding of call center metrics and experience in a
fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
