Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Processor to join their team
and support mortgage lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files and gather items needed for final loan
approval
Act as a liaison between operational and sales departments
throughout the transaction
Evaluate loan applications and maintain a proactive loan pipeline
for complex applications
Required Qualifications
Mortgage Loan Originator License in CO or TX (Company will sponsor
for the right candidate)
2-4 years of retail mortgage processing experience
Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo
guidelines
Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices
