A company is looking for a People Services Benefits
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to benefits inquiries and guide employees through the
enrollment process
Conduct audits and reconciliations of benefits and leave
administration
Maintain compliance with relevant laws and manage relationships
with insurance vendors
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in people services and human resources
Thorough knowledge of people operations and applicable federal and
state regulations
Experience with benefit and leave administration
Familiarity with HRIS systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
