Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for new providers, supporting
Registered Dietitians (RDs) with onboarding
Manage the onboarding inbox, addressing provider questions through
various communication channels
Track onboarding metrics and identify challenges faced by providers
during the onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer or internal support role,
preferably in provider support or customer experience
Experience in fast-paced industries such as telehealth, healthcare,
SaaS, or tech
Ability to quickly learn processes and assume ownership of
tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer creative
solutions
Passion for nutrition or wellness and a desire to assist others in
their health journey
