Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketplace Support Specialist to
troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to product listings
on various online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and provide timely updates on
requests
Identify and implement dynamic solutions through technical
troubleshooting for clients and internal teams
Review import/export and order automation logs to resolve
errors
Required Qualifications
Experience with Excel, HTML, or SQL
1+ years of hands-on experience with US marketplaces (e.g., Amazon,
eBay, Target)
Client-centric mindset with a can-do attitude
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
