Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess
service health
Identify and frame strategic problems, owning the research
lifecycle and translating insights into product decisions
Conduct statistical analysis to extract insights from data and
communicate findings effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics,
Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in an applied research setting
Experience in programming languages for data manipulation and
computational statistics, including SQL
Experience with product research in end-to-end, usability, or
generative settings
Demonstrated ability to own and drive strategy for end-to-end
research programs
