Job Description:

A company is looking for an Eligibility Worker (Call Center) to provide customer support and assess eligibility for economic assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support regarding Economic Assistance programs
Assess client needs and provide information and referrals to community resources
Determine eligibility and authorize various state and federal program benefits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

One year of work experience in determining eligibility for human services economic assistance programs, or completion of a two-year associate degree program
Completion of a one-year certificate program, or 90 semester hours of a bachelor's degree, or high school diploma/GED with three years of relevant work experience
Three years of any combination of education and experience related to claims processing or financial eligibility benefits
Successful completion of FBI criminal history record check and fingerprinting
Computer literacy and regular attendance are required
