a Sr Pre-Seizure Specialist. In this role, you will be supporting
the overall mission of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).

FSA! Responsibilities Provides pre-seizure investigative assistance
to Special Agents in support of on-going major criminal
investigations. Performs complex case-related research by reviewing
and analyzing questions at issue and reviewing the facts of the
case; prepares summaries and digests of pertinent data, compiles
indexes, prepares trial material, and summarizes depositions or
other transcripts. Conducts liaison functions between the
investigation and the attorney designated to prosecute the case.
Reviews the status of cases to determine whether current or
proposed actions are sound. May take the lead to achieve the goal
of the investigation, assuring the work meets contract and
Government requirements and is delivered on time. Creates
administrative and technical procedures to accomplish the assigned
tasks. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements
Undergraduate degree; or Paralegal Certificate; or High School
Diploma/GED and eight-years' paralegal or other law enforcement
experience Supervisory or project management experience preferred
Experience in conducting research using a variety of automated
tools and software Excellent communication skills; oral and written
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to
work with minimal supervision Intermediate skills with Microsoft
Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other
common software applications and databases, advance skills
preferred Proven commitment and expertise to provide excellent
customer service; positive and flexible; ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a team environment, deliver the highest quality
of work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme
pressure This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10)
year minimum background investigation. Agency Overview As the

discourage profit-motivated crimes such as mail fraud, money
