providing analytical services for stand-alone and integrated
biologics projects.a Senior Project Coordinator, Project. The
Senior Project Coordinator, Project will support Project Management
teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned
Projects and will provide Out of office cover as required. May have
responsibility for simple projects under the guidance of the PM
team. The Senior Project Coordinator, Project will be the Catalent
Advocate and the Client Advocate. Responsible for communicating via
teleconference as well as e-mail and other forms of client
communication. Will promote continuous improvement in all aspects
of the job. Will focus on professionalism and Customer Service
Excellence when working with all internal and external clients.--
Will display a reasonable degree of independent judgment and
analyses to complete the responsibilities of this position.This is
a full-time role position: Monday-Friday, Days. OnsiteCatalent is

- Under own direction for assigned projects or in support of PM
team co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring
correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to
ensure successful adherence and completion. Attend and produce
minutes and actions for internal and client
meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support own
assigned projects or PM team and understand full scope requirements
to generate all required project documentation
- Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label
text/Randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure
delivery to internal functions as required
- Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client
inventory in line with project requirements
- Supply relevant information and produce project forecasts to PM
team to support S&OP and client management
- Set up returns phase of projects, generate manage and monitor
IDR's and destruction process ensuring invoicing completed
- Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and
effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and
payment
- All other duties as assigned;--The Candidate--
- Requires a High school diploma/GED with three+ years of
customer/ client-facing or business-related project oversight in
clinical supply, distribution, packaging and warehousing; OR
Bachelor's degree plus one + years of customer/client-facing or
business-related project oversight in clinical supply,
distribution, packaging, and warehousing
- Project Management Certification preferred (i.e. PMP, CAPM,
etc.)
- Good knowledge of drug development process and GCP requirements
in clinical development and Thorough knowledge of GMP is highly
preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with
internal and external customers, peers and managers
- Well organized with ability to multitask and work effectively
under pressure to meet deadlines
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and
