Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.



Key Responsibilities

Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, ensuring timely and accurate transaction closures
Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
Serve as the primary point of contact for all deal stakeholders, coordinating schedules and communication effectively


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
