Job Description:
A company is looking for a Warranty Assistant to support
after-sales service and manage warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities
Acknowledge and manage warranty claims received through various
channels
Maintain accurate service records and create service parts
orders
Communicate with customers to ensure timely resolution of claims
and provide updates
Required Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited institution required;
bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of related experience and/or training
Experience with ERP, CRM, or SAP systems is a plus
1-2 years of customer service experience with manufacturing
products
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications
