Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal AI Researcher to advance
generative AI technologies and foster collaboration across
teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify technology gaps and develop strategic research plans to
unlock new business value
Execute long-term research plans resulting in scientific
publications and advanced development prototypes
Expand relationships with technical experts and customer AI teams
globally
Required Qualifications:
PhD in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or
a related field
3+ years of combined Python engineering and machine learning
experience focusing on Deep Learning
Experience with core deep learning and generative AI technologies,
including LLM fine-tuning
Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential
contributor
Familiarity with deep learning libraries and frameworks such as
TensorFlow, JAX, and PyTorch
