A company is looking for a Customer Care Trilingual Associate
(English, French, Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic and accurate assistance to customers via inbound
calls and emails, resolving inquiries effectively
Guide customers through product usage and troubleshoot technical
issues while tracking customer complaints
Develop a deep understanding of the product to improve workflow and
communication across departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of call center support experience or successful completion
of departmental promotional criteria
Ability to pass a bilingual assessment in French and Spanish
