Salary Range: $40,000-70,000 per year depending on experience;
health, vision, dental after required waiting period.

hardware, designing creative solutions for interactive attractions,

infrastructure. If you have experience in audio-visual design and
maintenance, escape room puzzle design, haunted house scene design,
electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting, and Crestron, Schneider

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced audio-visual hardware issues,
including power amplifiers, sound systems, automation control
systems like Crestron or PLCs, projectors, high and low voltage
power runs, relays, pneumatic systems, and CCTV equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on audio-visual equipment, such as
speakers, power amplifiers, automation systems like Crestron or
PLCs, relays, and pneumatic systems.
Develop and maintain automation programs using SIMPL Windows,
Function Block Diagrams, or Ladder Logic.
Assist in designing haunted house scenes and escape rooms according
to upper management's specifications.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, particularly
Ubiquiti devices.
Install, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot CCTV equipment.
Research, facilitate, and track purchases of relevant equipment to
complete projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
and adherence to quality standards.
Research and implement communication protocols like Serial
Communications, MODBUS, and network applications such as local web
servers, Wi-Fi, and hardwired connections.
Safely operate and maintain power tools for various installation
and maintenance tasks.
Required Skills
Experience with automation platforms like Crestron or similar
systems.
Ability to administer and maintain CCTV hardware, including hard
drive replacements and footage retrieval.
Knowledge of network equipment maintenance, especially Ubiquiti
devices.
Experience with audio and video editing.
Familiarity with lighting control systems like Enttec S-Play using
protocols such as sACN and Art-Net.
Ability to run and terminate wiring for CCTV and Ethernet
networks.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
concepts to non-technical team members.
Experience troubleshooting audio-visual hardware.
Strong background in hardware research and prototyping.
Ability to design cost-effective systems tailored for interactive
scene needs.
Desired Skills (Not Required)
Experience with hosting management platforms like Bluehost.
Familiarity with domain services (e.g., GoDaddy or similar
providers).
Strong photo editing skills using Photoshop or GIMP.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or
Kdenlive.
Experience with Google Ads, SEO best practices, and social media
management.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively
with peers to solve problems.
Experience managing and administering user permissions across
various platforms.
