Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for loan officers and manage incoming
calls
Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks and maintain branch
databases
Attend branch events and complete assigned checklists within
deadlines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA and mortgage
regulations preferred
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
