Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities

Review loan submissions and generate initial credit decisions based on guidelines
Evaluate mortgage loan applications for eligibility and compliance with regulations
Analyze credit and property documents and perform timely reviews of loan conditions

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
Current experience underwriting VA mortgage loans
Direct Endorsement (DE) and/or LAPP/SAR certifications
Government underwriting experience; CHUMS and/or SAR ID
