Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a conversation designer in an
enterprise-tech support environment
2+ years of expertise in applying generative AI principles to
chatbot knowledge bases
Solid knowledge of taxonomy and metadata
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with confidence in presenting content to
stakeholders
