Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist who will
provide strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers and
leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute
effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent,
building robust candidate pipelines
Leverage analytics to track progress and deliver impactful
recruitment results
Required Qualifications
3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience with direct
collaboration with hiring managers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a large, global organization preferred
Proven ability to utilize data to drive recruitment strategies
Strong understanding of best practice recruiting and sourcing
methodologies
