A company is looking for an ACH Expert / Payment Product
Owner/Manager to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise on Nacha guidelines and risk management
Collaborate with senior product management to develop user stories
from requirements
Train operations teams on business processes and assist with bug
triage
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Nacha guidelines and risk handbook
Experience with ACH offerings for large corporate and NBFI
segments
Ability to work with modern technology stacks
Experience in training operational teams
Ability to break down complex requirements into manageable
tasks
