Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, IPU.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an intake for calls from patients, pharmacies, and
providers, providing optimal customer service
Maintain accurate MARs and assist with the adjudication of claims
for emergent medications
Document all client interactions and manage urgent requests while
adhering to established goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of pharmacy technician data entry experience (two years
preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Docuware and Microsoft applications
CPhT certification preferred
Must have schedule flexibility and be in good standing with company
requirements
