Job Description:
A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Senior
Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities
Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases,
analyzes data, and reports findings
Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without
Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure
Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage
issues and collaborates with leadership for further action
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Expertise in handling serious bodily injury claims
Experience with litigation claims is preferred
Ability to manage claims in bad faith jurisdictions and those with
high exposure limits
