Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key program meeting executions to deliver desired
outcomes
Collect and analyze data, summarize trends and produce reports
Document delivery processes and procedures that reflect ITIL4,
Agile, and PMI quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or HS diploma and 9
years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Hold a current DHS Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
one
Experience in a business analyst role or related for an ITIL-based
IT program
ITIL4 Foundations Certification
