Job Description:
A company is looking for a SAP HCM Configurer.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, SAP module
configuration, and testing
Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, and
configure transaction/control tables
Coordinate projects across different organizations and manage
development projects from conception to production
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer,
and EHS
Understanding of business processes and flows for analyzing
business requirements
SAP certifications in PA, PO, and/or HCM desirable
Knowledge of and experience with SAP S4/HANA preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and IT Service Management
systems such as ServiceNow
