• Collaborate with vendors and design effective testing methods.
• Analyze workflow, equipment, and space to streamline operations.
• Prepare detailed reports and conduct cost analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve performance.
• Develop production schedules and manage budgets.Required Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail with advanced computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs, sit for extended periods, and type efficiently.Desired Skills:
