Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Sales & Distribution for
National Firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plans and develops sales programs and distribution strategies for
small commercial products
Builds relationships with agency leaders and evaluates new
strategic appointments
Manages and develops sales staff, ensuring high competency and
professionalism
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate studies in insurance, business, finance, marketing,
or a related field preferred
10+ years of experience in field sales management or technical
insurance
Strong leadership skills and ability to work across multiple
disciplines
Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
Executive level communication and presentation skills
