Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales technical deployment of products and multiple
implementation projects
Conduct problem discovery to align delivery plans with customer
goals
Develop project plans and ensure delivery while managing scope,
budget, schedule, and quality
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree with 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing
enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS platforms
4+ years of experience managing projects involving
integration/migration of enterprise mail flow systems
Strong strategic thinking with technical understanding to implement
scalable solutions
Expertise in project risk identification and mitigation
Advanced experience with email security fundamentals and commercial
routing/filtering solutions
