Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead IT Process Consultant to provide
strategic guidance and optimize IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Consult and contribute to the design and improvement of IT
processes based on industry best practices
Develop strategic plans and key performance indicators to enhance
service management capabilities
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding
and adoption of service management practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g.,
statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
5 - 7 years of related experience in IT service management or a
similar field
Demonstrated knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices:
ITIL, Lean IT, SRE, DevOps, Agile, IT4IT
ITIL Foundations certification strongly preferred
Lean Sigma Master Black Belt certification preferred upon hire
