Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Analyst I to review,
analyze, and underwrite mortgage loans and related
transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite assigned mortgage loan transactions and prepare related
documentation
Analyze third-party reports and financial statements to assess loan
risk
Facilitate communication between various teams involved in the loan
process
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, banking, or finance
Proficiency in commercial mortgage lending and financial
analysis
Strong understanding of underwriting processes and loan
evaluation
Experience in loan documentation and legal compliance
