Job Description:
A company is looking for an Upgrade Analyst to support the Nurse
Product Sustaining Team with technical patching, licensing, and
sustaining Care Solutions products.
Key Responsibilities
Remotely manage, upgrade, and sustain Care Solutions applications
and systems
Assist a cross-functional team in resolving technical issues
throughout the service process
Ensure compliance with documentation and escalation processes for
service events on production customer systems
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare, construction,
or IT
Bachelor's or associate degree in computer science or related field
preferred
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows platforms and MSSQL
Detailed knowledge of network protocols and architectures
Experience in Windows Server OS management and VoIP
technologies
