Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales skilling strategy for the
sales organization
Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of sales
and technical roles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive
enablement strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related
field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and sales enablement
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best
practices
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training
programs
Strong project management and organizational skills
