A company is looking for a Manager, Functional Skills, Global
Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze performance gaps and recommend solutions to improve
business results
Design and develop engaging learning experiences aligned with
organizational culture
Collect and analyze data to enhance learning performance and
program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional
design
Proven knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in global
talent initiatives
Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and align with strategic
programs
Experience with eLearning content creation tools and data
analytics
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent certifications
