DescriptionThe Industrial Cybersecurity Client Engagement
Director will develop and maintain relationships with clients to
gain an understanding of their business challenges and provide
consulting and/or digital solutions. This role will lead business
development, pursuits and engagement scoping and act as an
execution resource, by remaining engaged in the projects to provide
guidance on project approach, subject matter knowledge, and other
project execution and advisory duties. This role is responsible for
building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients
and supporting our clients throughout the engagement process, from
inception to completion.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand the
client needs and requirements, while managing client expectations
and facilitating communication between the client and the
business.
- Manage client focused strategies and action plans specific to
consulting services and solution offerings that lead to sales.
- Manage the development of clear expectations to client and
project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coach client and project managers through consulting services
and or delivery solutions.
- Manage, develop, communicate, and maintain client relationships
through the full sales and execution process while engaging other
business unit staff members to support as needed.
- Manage and build effective relationships with new and existing
clients, customers, and contractors to develop new business
opportunities.
- Manage, develop, and review specific sales penetration
strategies and service offerings developed in collaboration with
business unit leaders to target potential client leads.
- Manage, develop, and advance closing sale opportunities to meet
business plan goals.
- Enhance and improve the positioning of existing and new service
offerings that meet client/market needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and
execute a strategic sales plan of new and existing services and
offerings.
- Enhance consulting services and or solutions growth by
understanding the client's business and technology footprint,
strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and
competitive landscape.
- Manage relationships between broad sales teams to position
services and offerings with new and existing accounts.
- Manage proposals including qualifications, experience, scope of
work, schedule and budgets in collaboration with business unit
leaders and execution staff.
- Responsible for effective communication between clients and the
business units.
- Responsible for the recruitment, development, training, and
retention of staff.
- Responsible for conducting performance evaluations for
department staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the
department.
- Responsible for interpreting the organization's policies,
purposes, and goals to staff.
- Responsible for overall QA/QC process adherence.
- Enforce compliance with company and site safety policies.
- Responsible for diversity initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, information technology,
cybersecurity, finance, business, or related field from an
accredited program and 13 years of relevant experience or
applicable years of experience may be substituted for the degree
requirement.
- Expert knowledge within the fields of consulting,
cybersecurity.
- Expert computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and
effectively present complex information to all levels of employees,
management, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, and
collaboration.
- General business and financial calculation knowledge.
- Experience with negotiation and commercial contracting.
- Ability to work with existing and new clients to identify new
projects, articulate to the clients our ability to perform those
projects, and translate that into the sale of consulting
services.
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be
effective in on-site work environments.This job posting will remain
