Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Care Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of up to 18 agents to achieve customer
service excellence
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
and enhance customer experience
Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members to
build high-performance capabilities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-6 months as an SCC internally
Strong understanding of customer service principles and
practices
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems; Zendesk
experience is a plus
Ability to motivate and lead a team towards high performance
Experience in delivering training sessions for new agents
