A company is looking for a Clinical Director of Patient Programs
to lead innovative, patient-centered behavioral health
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of impactful behavioral
health programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient
care
Enhance patient outcomes, safety, and provider satisfaction in
behavioral health
Required Qualifications
Masters in Clinical Behavioral Health (e.g. LCSW, MPH, LMFT)
5+ years of experience as a clinical leader in a healthcare system
or startup
5+ years of experience as a clinical advisor working with product
and engineering
5+ years of leadership experience within a high-growth startup
Deep experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a
matrixed organization
