Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Readiness Project
Manager to lead compliance readiness initiatives across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and close compliance gaps
with frameworks such as NIST and ISO Certifications
Develop and manage project plans to drive compliance readiness
initiatives, ensuring timely execution
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and improve current
policies, systems, and processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of project management experience in a technical or
compliance-driven organization
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO
certifications, and SCF
Experience working with IT systems to implement compliance
requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive
organizational change
