We are looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead the team and provide a service-minded and caring culture. This wonderful four-year-old 112 key hotel is located in the Prairiefire Shopping and Entertainment district, placing you in the heart of Johnson County corporate business with wonderful attractions near the hotel.Excellent compensation, quarterly bonus plan, health insurance, and Marriott Travel Discount.Responsibilities include:

• Revenue generation.
• Market share performance.
• Labor and expense management.
• Franchise QA and guest inspection results.
• Guest and associate satisfaction.Requirements:
• Previous Marriott GM experience highly encouraged.
• Must have previous GM experience.
• Previous Lightspeed experience preferred.
• Reside in the greater Kansas City area.
