A company is looking for a Senior Customer Onboarding
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist teammates with escalations and inquiries regarding processes
and products
Manage complex projects and advocate for clients' needs
internally
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success
for a B2B SaaS product
Strong project management skills with a proactive approach
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
Preferred availability in the Pacific Time Zone
