You will need to be a proactive leader, capable of directing financial activities and adapting to the evolving demands of the restoration industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis, and negotiations.
• Develop strong relationships with senior executives to deeply understand their needs and deliver comprehensive business solutions.
• Offer strategic financial advice to the executive management team on business activities.
• Manage the financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and oversee all financial reporting.
• Provide guidance on long-term business and financial planning.
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place and comply with relevant regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial management role, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial data analysis and economic strategy.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven leadership abilities, excellent team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
