Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Partner
Operations who will build and manage relationships with key
national health plan clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically position the assigned book of business to achieve
relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals
Develop and implement best-in-class presentation strategies and run
regular partnership review meetings
Advocate for partner culture, manage contracts, and ensure ongoing
contract performance through risk management activities
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years in client or account management roles preferred
Exceptionally high Emotional Intelligence to connect with diverse
constituents
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at
all organizational levels
Ability to creatively solution in a dynamic environment
