Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cost Control Manager responsible for
managing project budgets and ensuring financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee budget reconciliation, vendor budget reallocation, and
project budget corrections
Facilitate cost touchpoints and communication with cost consultants
and project management teams
Manage subcontractor spend, financial validations, and forecast
projected expenditures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, financing, or
accounting; or relevant professional experience
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder)
Seven or more years of experience in construction or project
management
Prior experience in a leadership or management role is
preferred
