Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop managers and team leads while managing operations
of various support teams
Direct contact center operations and establish KPIs to monitor
performance
Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and
communicate insights to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or contact
center operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Proven expertise in managing diverse teams and improving
operational efficiency
Deep knowledge of contact center best practices and healthcare
operations
Experience using AI for service, IVRs, and chatbots
