Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subcontract Services Manager
responsible for overseeing the PSC Facility Coordinator Services
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the PSC Facility Coordinator Staff, including
staff development and performance reviews
Ensure quality service delivery to clients and support required
reporting, including KPI analysis and compliance reporting
Oversee vendor contracts, payroll, and financial management,
including monthly P&L reporting
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or management
Experience in leadership, training, and team management
Basic technical understanding of facilities services and contract
management
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
