Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst
to provide primary support to customers using their products and
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and manages client inquiries through various communication
channels
Troubleshoots software application issues and guides clients to
resolutions
Documents customer interactions and recurring technical issues for
quality support
Qualifications & Requirements
Associates/Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Proficient PC skills, particularly in Windows and IOS
environments
Familiarity with mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
Ability to document and track issues to resolution
1 year of technical support experience preferred
